Getting started
- Install the Sellerio Seller Toolkit from the Chrome Web Store.
- Click the Sellerio icon in Chrome's toolbar and sign in with your Sellerio account. A free account is enough.
- Open Flipkart Seller Hub, the Meesho Supplier Panel, Amazon Seller Central or Seller Flex. The Sellerio Orders card appears at the bottom-left of the page.
Label auto-crop needs no card at all: click the marketplace's own Print or Download label button and the file that arrives is cropped to the label, ready for a thermal printer. The Orders card presses those same buttons for you.
The Toolkit clicks exactly what you would click, at a human pace, in your own signed-in session. It never calls a marketplace API and never types a weight, box or address it did not read from the page or from your own saved packages.
The Orders card
Settings every card has:
| Switch | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Notifications | Chrome shows a notification when a run finishes or stops. See Notifications. | On, once Chrome's permission is granted |
| Auto-refresh (15 min) | Loads the page again every 15 minutes so new orders show. Waits until you are not using the page. See Runs by itself. | On |
| Daily schedule · IST | Times at which the run starts by itself, every day. Add as many as you need. | None |
| Learn my habits | Notices what you do again and again and offers to do it for you. See Habits. | Off |
Flipkart Seller Hub
Works on Forward Orders and on the Seller Hub home page.
Run all: accept → print → RTD
- Opens To Accept, selects all, presses Accept N Orders, confirms once. Repeats page by page until the tile reads 0.
- Waits for the accepted orders to reach To Pack, refreshing the page every 10 seconds for up to five minutes, because Flipkart's tiles only move on a page load.
- Opens To Pack, selects all, presses Print N Labels. The label file is cropped and downloaded.
- Waits until the cropped file is saved, refreshes once, selects all again and presses Mark N RTD. Turn this last step off with Mark RTD after print.
Accept orders, Print labels and Mark RTD run those steps alone. Stop appears while a run is going and stops it after the current click.
Settings
- Auto-accept — while the tab is open, new orders in To Accept are accepted without a click. Works from the home page too: the card reads New Orders and goes to Forward Orders itself.
- Mark RTD after print — whether Run all marks RTD after the labels print.
A page whose select-all does not take, or a tile that has not moved after a click, is refreshed and tried again (twice at most) before the card reports it. That is Flipkart lagging, not an error.
Meesho Supplier Panel
Works on Orders › Pending, Orders › Ready to Ship and the panel home page.
Run all: accept → download labels
- On Pending, selects all, presses Accept Selected Orders, confirms, and waits for Meesho's Got it, refreshing while Meesho processes.
- Opens Ready to Ship, sets the filter Label downloaded: No, selects all and presses Label. Waits for Meesho to build the file, refreshing up to eight times, then the cropped labels download.
Labels to get counts only the Ready to Ship orders whose label is not downloaded yet, so a number of 1 means one label, however many orders the tab shows.
Settings
- Auto-accept — new Pending orders are accepted without a click, from the Pending tab or the home page.
Amazon Easy Ship
Works on Manage Orders and on the Seller Central home page, old and new.
Run all: schedule → labels
- On the order list, selects all unshipped orders and presses Schedule pickup(s).
- On the bulk scheduling page, keeps Amazon's own weight and box for each order. A blank box is filled from the package you saved for that SKU. Then Get Handover Slots and Schedule Orders.
- Opens the feed page and refreshes every 10 seconds, up to four minutes, until the batch reads Done, then presses Download Shipping Labels. The file is cropped and downloaded.
Schedule only stops after scheduling. Download labels fetches the newest batch's labels on its own.
Settings
- Auto-schedule + labels — new unshipped orders are scheduled and their labels downloaded without a click, at most once every ten minutes. Off unless you turn it on.
- Use saved packages — your saved package for a SKU replaces Amazon's weight and box. Off by default: Amazon's own values are kept.
- Weight × quantity — a saved package weight is multiplied by the order's quantity.
The card never invents a weight or a dimension. Easy Ship reweighs at pickup and bills the difference. An order whose SKU has no saved package and no value from Amazon stops the run and is named on the card.
Seller Flex
Works on Pick and the Seller Flex dashboard; the run walks to the pick list and the packing page by itself.
Run all: pick → pack → print
- On Pick › Create, picks the day's card — Today, Tomorrow or Next available, your choice on the card — selects all and presses Activate N selected.
- Opens Active pick lists and the newest pick list. Prints the pick list if Print pick list is on, then presses Start packing.
- For each order, sets the box you taught the card for that SKU (see Habits), or leaves Seller Flex's own. Ticks the confirmation, presses Continue.
- Action Center › Print › Invoice and Ship Label. The file is cropped and downloaded.
Activate pick lists only stops after step 1.
Settings
- Today / Tomorrow / Next available — which day's orders a run takes.
- Print pick list — print the pick list before packing.
Label auto-crop settings
On every marketplace a small Sellerio chip sits next to the marketplace's own label button. Click it to open the crop settings for that marketplace. The main switch, Auto-crop labels on download, is on by default; with it off the file saves exactly as the marketplace sent it.
Printer (all marketplaces)
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Paper | Thermal roll: one label per page, sized for a 4×6 roll. A4 sheet: labels tiled onto A4 with dashed cut guides, for sticker sheets on a laser printer. | Thermal roll |
| Labels per A4 sheet | 2 or 4 per sheet, when Paper is A4. | 4 |
Packing order (all marketplaces)
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Sort labels SKU-wise | Every label for the same SKU prints together, so a picker pulls one SKU's run in one trip. Orders with more than one SKU go last. Set per marketplace. | Off |
| Multi-quantity orders first | Orders with more than one unit come off the printer first, where a packer is most careful. | Off |
| Group by courier partner (Meesho) | One block per courier, because each courier's rider collects separately. | Off |
On the label (all marketplaces)
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Print a number on every label | A sequence number in a corner. If the roll runs out mid-batch, read the last number and reprint from the next. Choose the corner and 7 or 7 / 45. | On |
| Print a big QTY block on multi-unit labels | The unit count in a solid black bar, so a three-item order never looks like a one-item order. | Off |
| Keep invoice on separate page | The invoice is kept as its own page after the label instead of being cropped away. | Off |
| Also save a dispatch report (Excel) | An .xlsx beside the labels: one row per parcel in printed order, a courier matrix and totals. | Off |
Amazon and Seller Flex
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Print on label | SKU only, SKU + Title, or Nothing printed on the label. | SKU only |
| SKU size | Small, Medium or Large text for the SKU. | Small |
| Print my own text on every label | A line of yours on each label: a thank-you, a return note. | Off |
| Print date & time on every label | When the batch was processed, the same on every label of a batch. | Off |
| Also save a pick list | A second PDF: one row per SKU with the total quantity, to tick off while picking. | Off |
| Seller Flex pick task sheet | Amazon's own Pick Task sheet is re-set at a readable size when printed through QZ Tray; Amazon's own page with the barcode follows it. Labels are never touched. | On |
Meesho
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Label output | Crop label, or Keep full page as Meesho sent it. | Crop label |
| Print a Meesho QR on each label | A QR to your store on every label. Paste your store link(s); with more than one store, the right one is detected from each label's own return address, or you can force one. | Off |
Files never leave your computer. The crop runs inside Chrome on the file the marketplace sent, and the result is saved as Sellerio_<Marketplace>_<original name>.pdf. Label settings follow your Sellerio account to every computer you sign in on.
Runs by itself
Auto-accept and Auto-schedule
With the switch on, the card checks the page every minute or so and starts the run when something is waiting. It needs the tab open on one of the pages listed below.
The daily schedule
Add a time in IST and choose what to run. At that time the Toolkit looks for an open tab of that marketplace, brings it to the front and starts the run. If no tab is open, it opens the orders page itself in a new tab. Chrome must be running; if it was closed at that time, the run is skipped and a notification tells you so.
Auto-refresh every 15 minutes
Marketplace pages do not show a new order until they are loaded again. So the card loads its page again 15 minutes after it opened, then again every 15 minutes, and Auto-accept or Auto-schedule takes what came in. It waits for a quiet moment: never during a run, never within a minute of you typing, clicking or scrolling on that page, never with a text box focused or a dialog open.
Which page to leave open
| Marketplace | Enough to leave open |
|---|---|
| Flipkart | Seller Hub home page, or Forward Orders |
| Meesho | Supplier Panel home page, or Pending / Ready to Ship |
| Amazon | Seller Central home page, or Manage Orders |
| Seller Flex | Pick, or the dashboard |
Chrome's Memory Saver can put an idle tab to sleep. When you click the tab it loads again and the card carries on, but nothing ran while it slept. To keep a tab awake, open chrome://settings/performance, find Always keep these sites active, and add the marketplace's address.
Notifications
Chrome can show a notification when a run finishes or stops: "Run all: printed 12 labels", "Auto-accept: accepted 3 orders", or the reason it stopped. Click it to jump to that tab.
Chrome asks for this permission once. Turn it on from the Sellerio toolbar icon (Turn on Chrome notifications) or from the What's new page. The Notifications switch on each card turns it off again for that marketplace. Nothing about your orders, labels or customers is in a notification — only what the card did.
Habits
With Learn my habits on, the card counts what you do by hand and, after it has seen the same thing a few times, offers to do it for you. One click on Yes and it does; No and it never asks about that one again.
- Run Accept around the same time on four different days → it offers that as a daily time.
- Type the same weight and box for a SKU twice on Easy Ship → it offers to save that as the SKU's package.
- Change the box for a SKU twice while packing on Seller Flex → it offers to set that box every time.
Habits are counted on your Sellerio account, so they follow you to every computer you sign in on. Forget all clears them everywhere.
Settings across devices
| Follows your account | Stays on this computer |
|---|---|
| Label crop settings | The Orders card's switches: Auto-accept, Auto-schedule, Mark RTD after print, Notifications, Auto-refresh, the day and pick-list choices |
| Saved packages (Easy Ship) | The daily schedule |
| Habits | Where the card sits, and whether it is minimised |
| Autofill defaults, common fields and preferences |
The daily schedule is deliberately per computer: if it followed your account, two computers left open would both run it at the same time and print the labels twice.
When something looks wrong
| You see | What it means |
|---|---|
| The card is not there | You are on a page the card does not work on (see the table above), or you are signed out of the Toolkit. Click the Sellerio icon and sign in. |
| "…refreshing to check (1/2)" | The marketplace's count did not move after a click. The card reloads the page and reads it again. Not an error unless it says so after the retries. |
| "…the select-all box did not tick, even after 2 refreshes" | The page never painted its list. Open the orders page yourself and press Run all again. |
| Labels printed but nothing downloaded | Check Chrome's downloads bar. If Chrome is set to Ask where to save each file, it is waiting for you to choose a folder. |
| No notification | Chrome's permission was never granted. The card says so under its Notifications switch; turn it on from the Sellerio toolbar icon. |
| "Scheduled 13:40 IST: Amazon asked you to sign in" | Your Seller Central session expired before the scheduled time. Sign in; the run starts at the next time, or press Run all now. |
| "…missed — Chrome was not open at that time" | Chrome was closed at the scheduled time. It runs again tomorrow; press Run all to do it now. |
Still stuck? Raise a support ticket and mention the version shown in the card's bottom-right corner.
Autofill & Insights
Sellerio Autofill sits beside every Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho listing form in Chrome's side panel: templates, defaults (GST, HSN, country of origin, manufacturer, packer, importer) filled into every listing that leaves them blank, bulk uploads from Excel, and image tools. A template saved on one marketplace can fill another's form with Fill here: title, description, brand, MRP, HSN, GST, country of origin, colour, size, material, manufacturer, keywords and bullet points go into the blanks; weights, dimensions, the selling price and stock never cross, because each marketplace has its own.
Sellerio Insights shows margin, fees and ranking signals on the product pages you browse.
