Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Sellerio ("Sellerio," "we," "us"): the Sellerio Seller Toolkit, a Chrome extension; the free label crop tools on sellerio.in; and your Sellerio account. By creating an account or using Sellerio, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Toolkit Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. The Sellerio web app at mysellerio.com has terms of its own as well, under its own heading below.

Definitions
- "Account holder" means the individual or business that registers a Sellerio account, on sellerio.in or in the Seller Toolkit.
- "Seller Toolkit" means the Sellerio Seller Toolkit Chrome extension, together with the parts of your Sellerio account that serve it, such as your plan, your wallet and your settings.
- "Marketplace account" means an Amazon (including Easy Ship and Seller Flex), Flipkart or Meesho seller account that you use the Seller Toolkit on.
- "Plan" means the Seller Toolkit's Free plan or one of its paid plans, billed monthly or yearly, as shown on our pricing page.
What Sellerio is
Sellerio makes software for e-commerce sellers in India. The Sellerio Seller Toolkit is a Chrome extension that works on the seller pages you already use on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho: in your own browser, on the marketplace accounts you are signed in to, it accepts and schedules your orders, fills in weights and boxes, and crops and prints your labels. sellerio.in also offers free label crop tools, which work in your browser with no account, and your Sellerio account, where you manage your plan, your wallet, your settings and your support tickets. Sellerio does not sell products itself and is not a marketplace — it is a tool sellers use to run their own selling. Sellerio is independent software, not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho.
Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract to create a Sellerio account.
- The Seller Toolkit needs a Sellerio account; the free label crop tools do not. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must have the right to operate every marketplace account you use the Seller Toolkit on — as its owner, or as someone its owner has authorized to manage it.
- The Seller Toolkit's free trial and its Free plan's daily allowance of labels are given once per seller, not once per account, and a mobile number can be verified on one Sellerio account at a time. Opening more accounts to get more free days or more free labels is not allowed. When we find several accounts that belong to one seller, we may contact you to ask which account you use, close the others, or ask that each account you keep is on a paid plan. If you run more than one business, you may keep a separate Sellerio account for each one, with its own email address and mobile number: say so when you sign up, under More. A separate account has no free trial, and you choose a paid plan for it; while it is on the Free plan, it shares one daily allowance of labels with your other accounts.
- We may suspend or terminate access for activity that violates these terms, misuses a marketplace's systems through Sellerio, or risks the security of Sellerio or other users' data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Sellerio to access, store, or process data you're not authorized to access
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, disrupt, scrape, or overload Sellerio, the Seller Toolkit, or the marketplace pages it works on
- Use Sellerio in a way that violates Amazon's, Flipkart's, or Meesho's own seller terms, including their acceptable use and data protection policies
- Attempt to get around Sellerio's sign-in, a plan's limits, or the free trial and Free plan rules above
- Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to Sellerio without our written agreement
- Use Sellerio to send unsolicited commercial communications, or upload malware or unlawful content
Seller Toolkit plans & billing
- Plans. The Seller Toolkit has a Free plan and paid plans, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets them out too.
- Free trial. A seller's first Sellerio account starts with a free trial of the paid features, given once per seller as described under Accounts & eligibility above. No card is taken to start it, and when it ends the account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.
- Payment processing. Plans are billed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method (UPI Autopay or card e-mandate) on each billing cycle.
- Auto-renewal. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, matching your plan) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You'll receive a reminder in advance of each renewal charge.
- The yearly plan's first year. Where the yearly plan has an early-bird price, that price is for your first year only; from the second year the plan renews at the regular yearly price shown when you subscribed.
- Invoices. A GST tax invoice is issued for every successful charge. It is sent to your account email and on WhatsApp, and it is listed in your account on sellerio.in.
- Cancellation & refunds. You may cancel at any time from your account on sellerio.in. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan remains active for the remainder of the period you've already paid for, and then the account moves to the Free plan. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Changing plans. You can change plans at any time from your account. A change while you are paying for a plan takes effect at once: the unused part of the period you have paid for is credited against the new plan, and the old plan stops.
- Price changes. We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change applies to new subscriptions: what an existing subscription is charged is fixed when you subscribe, as the Refund & Cancellation Policy says.
- Taxes. Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Where GST applies, it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
- Stores and computers. Where our pricing page shows how many stores (seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho) and computers (Chrome browsers where the Toolkit is signed in) a plan covers, your plan covers that number. On sellerio.in you can choose which stores your plan covers, remove a store or sign a computer out, a few times a month. If you paid for a plan before these numbers applied, nothing changes for you until your paid period ends, and you will hear from us by email at least 15 days before.
- Extra stores and computers. On a Pro or Premium plan you can add one more store with one more computer, together, for one year, at the price shown on sellerio.in when you buy, plus GST. Each is a single payment: it does not renew by itself, and to keep it for another year you buy it again at the price on that day. It is not refunded, and a GST invoice is issued for it.
WhatsApp notifications (add-on)
WhatsApp notifications for the Sellerio Seller Toolkit are an add-on, separate from every Sellerio and Seller Toolkit plan. No plan includes them, no plan’s price pays for them, and they are bought, used and kept apart from any subscription.
- Bought in advance. You buy notifications under Wallet in your account on sellerio.in, or with a Seller Toolkit plan at its checkout, at the rate card shown there when you buy: the more you add, the less each notification costs. What a top-up buys is fixed when you pay for it. GST is added at checkout and shown on the GST tax invoice we send you.
- Bought with a plan. At a plan’s checkout you may add one of the rate card’s packs. It is paid in the same payment as the plan’s first period, appears as its own line on that payment’s GST tax invoice, and its notifications are added to your wallet once the payment is confirmed. They are then the same as notifications bought under Wallet: they are not part of the plan, a renewal of the plan never charges for them again, and they are not refunded when the plan is cancelled or ends.
- A gift with your plan. Once per account, we add free notifications to your wallet when your account pays for a Seller Toolkit plan: the number shown on our pricing page for the billing period of that plan, monthly or yearly. An account already paying for a plan when this gift began receives it once, for the plan it is paying for. It is given once per account, and never again for a renewal, another plan or a change of plan. A free trial and a plan we give you do not bring it, and it comes on top of any notifications you buy. Gifted notifications are used like any others, but they are worth nothing in money: they are not refunded, not turned into plan days and not moved to another account. We may change or end this offer for purchases made after the change.
- How they are used. One notification is used for each WhatsApp message we send to your verified WhatsApp number, such as the report of a finished run. You choose which messages you get under Wallet ▸ Notifications; a message you have turned off is never sent and uses nothing, and a message that could not be sent is given back.
- No expiry, no refund, no transfer. Notifications do not expire. They are not refunded in any case, including when a plan is cancelled or ends, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be moved to another account. On request we can turn the notifications left into days of a paid Toolkit plan, as our Refund & Cancellation Policy describes.
- Rate changes. We may change the rate card for future top-ups. A change never alters notifications you have already bought.
- Delivery. Messages are sent on WhatsApp through our messaging provider, and depend on WhatsApp’s own service and on your number being able to receive them. We do not promise that every message arrives; a message that could not be sent is given back to your wallet.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment for a plan fails, Razorpay tries it again, and your plan keeps working while it does: we do not stop a plan over a declined payment while it is being retried. If the payment still cannot be collected, we may end the plan, and the account then moves to the Free plan. Nothing you saved is deleted, and choosing a plan again brings the paid features back. The web app's own schedule is under its heading below.
Your marketplace accounts
The Seller Toolkit works in your own browser, on the marketplace pages you are signed in to. It never asks for your marketplace passwords and is not connected to your marketplace accounts through a marketplace's developer API: it does its work in your signed-in session, as you would. What it reads, what it sends to your Sellerio account, and what never leaves your computer is set out in the Toolkit Privacy Policy. You can stop it at any time by signing out of it or removing it from Chrome.
Intellectual property
- Sellerio and the Seller Toolkit, their software, design, and branding are owned by us and are not transferred to you by using them. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Sellerio for your own business operations, on the plan you are on.
- You retain all rights to your own data — your SKUs, weights, boxes, listings, and any content you upload or send us. We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Toolkit Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information (including your business data and our platform's non-public technical details) with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it except as needed to provide or use the service, or as required by law.
Warranties & disclaimers
Sellerio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for the Seller Toolkit to work reliably, but marketplaces change their pages and systems, and maintenance or factors outside our control can stop it working, or make it work differently, until we update it. Features may be added, changed, or removed as Sellerio evolves. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
Sellerio is a tool to help manage your selling operations — it does not guarantee sales, advertising performance, or profitability outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellerio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Sellerio, including losses related to advertising spend, inventory decisions, or marketplace account actions taken using Sellerio or its data or suggestions. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. You remain responsible for your marketplace accounts and for checking what Sellerio does in them — such as the orders the Seller Toolkit accepts and schedules, and the labels, weights and boxes it prints and fills in — and, in the web app, for reviewing and approving any pricing, bidding, or inventory changes before they take effect.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sellerio harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of Amazon's, Flipkart's, or Meesho's own policies through your use of Sellerio.
Termination
You may stop using Sellerio at any time: cancel your plan, remove the Seller Toolkit from Chrome, or ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, non-payment (see Failed payments above), or if required to protect Sellerio or comply with a marketplace's policies. On termination, your right to use Sellerio ends immediately; data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages of Amazon's, Flipkart's, Meesho's, Razorpay's, or our hosting provider's infrastructure, internet or power outages, or government action.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion; if unresolved within 30 days, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Surat, Gujarat, with proceedings in English. Subject to the above, the courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
General provisions
- Assignment. You may not assign your account or these terms without our consent; we may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Toolkit Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy make up the entire agreement between you and Sellerio regarding the service.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
If these terms change in a way that materially affects your use of Sellerio, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and account holders will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance where practical.
The Sellerio web app (mysellerio.com)
The Sellerio web app at mysellerio.com is a separate product from the Seller Toolkit. For sellers who use or have used it, the terms below apply to it in addition to the terms above, unchanged.
Definitions
- "Organization" means an isolated workspace containing one account holder's connected marketplace accounts, team members, and data.
- "Connected account" means an Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, Flipkart, or Meesho account authorized for Sellerio to access.
- "Subscription" means a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale) billed monthly or annually as described when you subscribe.
What the web app is
Sellerio is an operations and advertising platform that connects to Amazon's Selling Partner API and Advertising API, along with Flipkart and Meesho data, to give sellers a unified view of orders, inventory, advertising performance, and profitability across their brands. Sellerio does not sell products itself and is not a marketplace — it is a tool used by sellers to manage their own selling operations. Sellerio is offered as a subscription service to any eligible seller; each customer's connected accounts and data are held in their own isolated organization workspace as described in our Privacy Policy.
Team members and connected accounts
- One organization may invite additional team members; the account holder is responsible for that team member's actions within the organization.
- You must have the legal right to connect any Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho seller account you link to the web app — either as the account owner or as an authorized representative with permission to grant that access.
- You agree not to attempt to circumvent the web app's rate limits, authentication, or organization-isolation controls, or to misuse connected marketplace APIs.
Subscription & billing
- Plans. Sellerio is offered on Starter, Growth, and Scale subscription plans, billed either monthly or annually. Current pricing and feature limits for each plan are shown on our pricing page. Annual billing is discounted 20% against the monthly rate for the same plan.
- Payment processing. Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method (UPI Autopay or card e-mandate) on each billing cycle.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, matching your selected plan) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You'll receive a reminder in advance of each renewal charge.
- Invoices. A GST-compliant invoice is generated automatically for every successful charge and is available in your billing settings and sent to your account email.
- Cancellation & refunds. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan remains active for the remainder of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Upgrades & downgrades. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email before it applies to your next renewal; continuing your subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
- Taxes. Prices shown are exclusive of applicable GST, which is added at checkout and reflected on your invoice.
Suspension for non-payment
If a scheduled payment fails, the following sequence applies:
- Day 0 — payment fails. Razorpay retries the charge automatically and we email you that payment failed, with a link to update your payment method.
- Day 0–7 — grace period. Your dashboard remains fully functional. A persistent banner at the top of the dashboard shows the outstanding amount and due date. Reminder emails are sent on day 1, day 3, and day 6.
- Day 7 — read-only mode. If payment is still unresolved, live syncing (orders, ads, listings) pauses and the dashboard becomes read-only — you can view existing data but not take actions like adjusting bids or exporting reports, until payment is resolved.
- Day 30 — suspension. If payment remains unresolved 30 days after the original due date, the organization is suspended: dashboard access is blocked entirely, though data is retained per the Privacy Policy's retention terms in case you return.
- Reactivation. Paying the outstanding balance at any stage before data deletion restores full access immediately.
Data & marketplace connections
Sellerio accesses order, inventory, and advertising data through the marketplace APIs you connect, solely to power your own dashboards and reporting. Full detail on what's collected and how it's used is in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any marketplace account at any time, either within Sellerio or directly through that marketplace's own developer/app management settings.
