The ladder
Count the new sellers who joined with your link and bought Premium this month, yearly or monthly. The highest step you reach is yours. A fresh ladder starts on the 1st of every month.
Yearly and monthly mix. A step is reached once your yearly sellers divided by its yearly number, plus your monthly sellers divided by its monthly number, add up to one. For example, 15 yearly and 50 monthly reach Step 3. The steps do not add up: you get the highest one you reach in the month.
How it works

Open Share & earn on your account and send your link to sellers you know, on WhatsApp or anywhere else.
A new seller signs up with your link, verifies their mobile, adds their GSTIN and business address, and pays for Premium, yearly or monthly.
Watch the ladder fill on Share & earn. Results are final 15 days after the month ends; we check every referral and send your reward.
What counts
Rewards are for real new sellers who keep Premium. Every referral is checked before a reward is given.
A referral counts when
- It is a new Sellerio account made with your link, no more than 30 days before its first Premium payment.
- It has its own details: a verified mobile number, a valid GSTIN and a full business address.
- It pays for Premium, yearly or monthly, in the month, and is still on Premium and not set to stop when the month’s results are final.
- It is a separate seller: nothing shared with you or your other referrals.
It does not count when
- It shares a computer, internet connection or IP address, a mobile or WhatsApp number, an email, a marketplace account, a GSTIN or a business address with you or another of your referrals.
- It belongs to a seller who already had a Sellerio account, or to you.
- Its payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, or its plan stops before the results.
- We find it is not a genuine new seller.
Your rewards
Free months of Premium
- Added to your account once approved. A running trial or given plan runs longer.
- If you pay for a plan through Razorpay, the months are saved and added when that plan stops. Nothing is lost.
Apple AirPods
- Delivered free to your door, anywhere in India.
- Confirm your delivery address and PAN on your account within 30 days of approval.
To receive any reward, your own account needs a verified mobile number, a GSTIN and your business address. Add them in Settings.

Can I win every month?
Yes. Each calendar month has its own ladder, and you get the highest step you reach in it.
Do I still get the regular Share & earn days?
Yes. The free Premium days each referral already earns you keep adding up, on top of Share & Win.
Who can take part?
Anyone in India with a Sellerio account. Share your link from Share & earn on your account.
Where do I see my progress?
On your account, under Share & earn. Nobody else sees it, and there is no public leaderboard.
Terms and conditions
- Organiser. Share & Win is run by Sellerio Ecom Solutions, a unit of The Perfect Creative Studio, Surat, Gujarat (“Sellerio”, “we”). It is a referral rewards programme for the Sellerio Seller Toolkit: every participant who reaches a step receives that step’s reward. There is no draw, no element of chance and no ranking.
- Period. It runs each calendar month, Indian Standard Time, from the start date shown on this page until we end it. Each month is judged on its own.
- Who can take part. Any person or business resident in India, aged 18 or over, with a Sellerio account. Our employees and their families cannot. A person or business takes part once a month, however many accounts they hold; accounts we find to be the same person or business are treated as one participant.
- A qualified referral is a new Sellerio account (a) made through your referral link, on or after the start date and no more than 30 days before its first Premium payment; (b) whose first Premium payment, yearly or monthly, is made in the month; (c) with its own verified mobile number, a valid GSTIN and a complete business address; (d) that shares no computer, internet connection or IP address, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, marketplace account, GSTIN or business address with you or with another of your referrals, and is not a seller who already held a Sellerio account; and (e) that is still on Premium, paid and not set to stop, when the month’s results are final. A referral counts once, in the month of its first Premium payment.
- The ladder. The steps, their numbers and their rewards are those shown on this page for the month. A step is reached when your qualified yearly referrals divided by the step’s yearly number, plus your qualified monthly referrals divided by its monthly number, is one or more. You receive the highest step reached in the month; steps do not add together.
- Results and checks. Progress shown during the month is provisional. Results are final 15 days after the month ends. We check every referral before approving a reward, may ask for documents, and our decision on eligibility is final. We may withhold, withdraw or recover any reward in case of fraud, self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, abuse, spam, misleading promotion (including promising cash, discounts or anything we do not offer, or presenting yourself as Sellerio) or a breach of these terms or of our Terms of Service.
- To receive a reward your own account must have a verified mobile number, a valid GSTIN and your business address. Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Premium months are added to your account once approved: a running trial or given plan is extended, nothing running starts from the day of approval, and a plan you pay for through Razorpay keeps them until it stops, when they are added.
- Physical prizes are the models named on this page, in the colour and configuration available; if one is unavailable we may give an equivalent or higher model of similar value. They are delivered free to an address in India that you confirm, with your PAN, on your account within 30 days of approval; an unclaimed prize lapses. The manufacturer’s warranty applies; we are not responsible for delays by couriers beyond our reasonable control.
- Tax. A reward may be a benefit on which tax is to be deducted at source under section 194R of the Income-tax Act, 1961. You agree to give your PAN; we deduct or pay the tax as the law requires and give you the certificate. Any other tax on a reward is yours.
- Privacy. We use the details held on your account and on your referrals’ accounts, as our Privacy Policy describes, to check referrals and give rewards. A winner’s delivery address and PAN are used only to deliver the prize and for tax filings. Your progress is shown only to you.
- Changes. We may change or end Share & Win by updating this page. A month already under way is judged by the rules in force when it began.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: contact@sellerio.in.
