Nothing is charged — there is no card on file. If you have not picked a plan you move to Free: cropping carries on up to a daily cap, and order processing waits until you choose Pro or Premium.
Your labels still download — uncropped, exactly the way the marketplace produced them. You lose the crop for the rest of the day, not the ability to ship, and it resets at midnight IST. Order processing is not on Free at all, so what the cap governs is the cropping.
Run All Accounts is part of Premium: every account in one press, by hand or on the daily automation, and every file named after the account it came from. Pro runs the seller account you are signed into.
Any time, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Then you are on Free — not locked out.
Sign in on the office desktop and the warehouse laptop — your settings, weights and SKU names follow you. One plan covers the seller, not the machine.
Just numbers about how you use it — how many labels were cropped, which features you used, whether a run finished. No customer names, addresses or phone numbers, and no product details in those reports. What you save in My SKU Setup (weights, sizes, your own SKU names) is kept on your account so it follows you to your other computers. Every field is listed in the extension privacy note.
