Amazon Seller Flex label crop tool — clean 4×6 labels, or an honest no

Crop Seller Flex label PDFs straight to the label area — AWB barcode and delivery address intact, invoice removed or kept on its own page. Free, no account, processed on your device.

Amazon Seller Flex label crop

Crops the Seller Flex label + invoice page down to the label. The cut is found on each page from the label's own printed text, not from a fixed rectangle — and if a page isn't recognised, the tool stops and says so rather than cropping it anyway.

How it works

How to crop a Seller Flex label — three steps

The same cropping engine Sellerio ships in its browser extension, made free to use on its own — no login, no upload.

01

Drop in your Seller Flex label PDF

The exact file you print from the Amazon Seller Flex portal. Read entirely in your browser's memory, never sent anywhere.

02

Each page is checked, then measured

The tool first confirms the page really is an Amazon carrier label with a delivery address on it, then finds where the invoice begins underneath and cuts just above that line — on that page, from that page's own text.

03

Download 4×6 thermal-ready labels

Cropped, centred and scaled for a 4×6 inch thermal printer, at full label width so nothing can shave a barcode. Tick one box to also keep the invoice on its own separate page for regular-paper printing.

Built for Seller Flex

Seller Flex is not the same file as Seller Central

Seller Flex labels are printed from Amazon's Seller Flex portal, not from Seller Central, and they are laid out differently. A tool calibrated on the Seller Central bulk PDF will cut a Seller Flex label in the wrong place — so this is a separate tool with its own detection, and the two never share a line of code.

It checks before it cuts

Every page has to prove it is what it claims — an Amazon carrier marking and a real delivery-address block — before anything is cropped. A file that doesn't match comes back untouched with a plain explanation, not a best-effort crop.

Measured per page, never a fixed box

There is no hardcoded rectangle anywhere in this tool. The cut is worked out on each page from where the invoice actually begins underneath the label, so a batch whose pages differ still comes out right on every one.

Barcode-safe by construction

The crop is vertical only — the full width of the page is always kept. A barcode is drawn as an image, not text, so a tool that trims sideways to the text it can see can silently shave one. This one cannot.

Crop Amazon Seller Flex shipping labels online — free, measured, and barcode-safe

Under Amazon Seller Flex you run your own warehouse and print Amazon's own shipping labels and invoices from the Seller Flex portal. Those pages combine the courier label and the tax invoice, and feeding the whole page to a 4×6 thermal printer shrinks everything to an unreadable size — so the label has to be cropped out first. This free Seller Flex label crop tool does that crop the careful way: the cut is worked out from each page's own printed text, never from a fixed rectangle someone measured once.

Why it will sometimes refuse — and why that's the feature

A shipping label cut in the wrong place loses its AWB barcode, and an unscannable label is a parcel the courier will not accept. So this tool verifies each page before touching it: it looks for the Amazon carrier marking and a real delivery-address block, then for the first line of the invoice below them. If any of that is missing, or the result would be implausible, it stops and tells you exactly what it looked for and leaves your file completely alone. It never falls back to cropping at a guessed position. If your Seller Flex PDF is refused, send it to us and we'll add its layout — that is a far better outcome than a batch of quietly beheaded labels.

Seller Flex and Seller Central are different files

The bulk label PDF you download in Seller Central has a different layout, and it has its own tool here: the Amazon label crop tool, which additionally prints the SKU on each label. The two tools share no code at all, deliberately — so a Seller Flex layout surprise can never change how a Seller Central label crops.

Privacy matters here too: labels carry customer names and full addresses, and this tool never uploads them anywhere — the entire crop happens inside your browser.

Selling on more than Amazon? Use the matching Flipkart label crop tool and Meesho label crop tool, or the all-in-one label crop tool. And when you're ready to run orders, returns and settlements in one place, see Sellerio for Amazon sellers.

Questions

Frequently asked

How do I crop an Amazon Seller Flex label for a thermal printer?
Drop your Seller Flex label PDF into the tool above and click Download. Each page is checked, the label area is located on that page, and the result is resized to 4×6 inches — the standard thermal label size. No settings needed.
Is this Seller Flex label crop tool free?
Yes. No sign-up, no daily limit, no watermark. It's a free tool from Sellerio, the operations platform for Indian marketplace sellers.
Are my Seller Flex label PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF is read and cropped entirely inside your browser with client-side JavaScript. Nothing leaves your device — which matters here, because a shipping label carries a customer's name and full address.
What happens if the tool doesn't recognise my Seller Flex label?
It stops and tells you, and your file is left completely untouched. It never falls back to cropping at a guessed position. A label cut in the wrong place can lose the AWB barcode, and an unscannable label is a parcel the courier will not take — so refusing is the correct answer when the layout isn't recognised. If that happens, send us the PDF and we'll add its layout.
Is Seller Flex the same as a Seller Central label?
No. Seller Flex labels are printed from the Amazon Seller Flex portal and are laid out differently from the bulk label PDF you download in Seller Central. They have separate tools here — use the Amazon label crop tool for Seller Central files and this one for Seller Flex.
Can I keep the Seller Flex invoice?
Yes — tick "Keep invoice on separate page" and the output includes the invoice as its own page, so you can print labels on the thermal printer and invoices on plain paper in one go.
Can I crop Seller Flex labels in bulk?
Yes. Drop in one PDF with many pages, or several PDFs at once — every page is checked and cropped on its own, then merged into a single print-ready file.
