Every seller in India knows the morning routine. Before a single parcel leaves, someone has to accept the new orders, schedule the pickups, type weights and dimensions, choose a box for each parcel, download the label PDFs, crop them for the thermal printer, write the SKU on each label and mark the orders ready to dispatch. Then the courier arrives and asks for the pickup code, the returns need their OTPs, and it is account after account to find them. On a busy day that is 30 minutes to 2–3 hours, every day, and one slip means a missed Guaranteed order or a wrong parcel.
Sellerio Seller Toolkit was built to take that routine off your desk.
What it is
Sellerio Seller Toolkit is a Chrome extension. It adds one card to the seller panels you already use (Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Seller Flex, Flipkart Seller Hub and the Meesho Supplier Panel) and does the day's routine from there, in one click.
You keep using each marketplace's own pages. Nothing about how you sell changes; the Toolkit does the repetitive clicking for you.
What it does on each marketplace
Amazon Easy Ship. One click schedules the day's orders and downloads the labels, cropped to 4×6 with the SKU and quantity printed on each. Weight and dimensions are filled in for you: read from Amazon's own packaging details when you export your SKUs, or entered once on the card and remembered from then on. If you prefer, your own SKU name prints on the label instead of Amazon's, so the pickup staff and your competitors don't see it.
Amazon Seller Flex. Pick, pack and print in one run, with the box filled in for every order. Seller Flex's box list is there from the first pack, and the box you choose for a SKU is remembered for next time. Amazon's small-print pick list is re-set in large type.
Flipkart. Orders waiting to be accepted are accepted, the labels cropped and printed, and the orders marked Ready to Dispatch. No more uploading your label file to another website to crop it.
Meesho. Pending orders are accepted and the Ready to Ship labels downloaded, cropped and printed. A "Follow us on Meesho" QR for your store can go on every label.
More than one account on a marketplace? Run them all in one go, with one combined pick list.
Labels that print by themselves
Turn on Print automatically and each run's labels print as soon as they are ready. With the free QZ Tray app, they go straight to your label printer, with no PDF to open and no print preview to click through. Without it, Chrome's print window opens with the labels in it.
And the labels come out right:
- Cropped for a 4×6 thermal printer, or tiled onto A4 sheets.
- Sorted SKU-wise, so one SKU's orders come off the printer together.
- A sequence number on every label, so if the roll runs out you know exactly where to restart.
Pickup and return codes in one tap
When the courier comes for a pickup or a return, they ask for a code. Instead of opening every account and warehouse to find it, press one button on the Sellerio card:
- Flipkart: Get Pickup OTC and Get Return OTC. The pickup code for every account and warehouse you choose, and the return OTC for your returns.
- Amazon Seller Flex: Get Return OTP. The return OTP for every one of your warehouses.
- Meesho: Get Return OTP. Each courier and its return OTP, from any page of the Supplier Panel.
The codes show on the card for the day, ready to read out.
Set a daily time
Each card has a daily time. At that time the Toolkit runs on its own, even when you are not at the computer, and a Chrome notification tells you what was done and whether anything needs you. The computer must be on with Chrome open at that time.
For Amazon's Guaranteed orders, set the time before the 2 PM cutoff and the scheduling is done every day.
No API keys, no passwords
The Toolkit runs inside your own Chrome, signed in to your own seller accounts. There is no API key to paste, and you never share a marketplace password with us. Label files are cropped on your computer and are never uploaded anywhere.
How to start
Setup takes 5–10 minutes:
- On your computer, open sellerio.in/q/toolkit in Google Chrome.
- Click Add to Chrome, then Add extension.
- Create your free Sellerio account and verify it.
- Open your Amazon, Seller Flex, Flipkart or Meesho seller panel. The Sellerio card appears there.
- Press Run. To have it run every day, add a daily time on the same card.
The Toolkit's Setup page walks you through the printer and your first run, with short videos, and the Toolkit guide covers each marketplace step by step.
What it costs
Sellerio Seller Toolkit is free to install, and every seller gets a 7-day free trial of every feature. After the trial, label cropping stays free (30 labels a day), and order processing and the pickup and return codes move to a paid plan. See the plans.
Try it on tomorrow's orders
If you sell on Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho, give tomorrow morning's orders to the Toolkit and see how much of your morning comes back.
