Shipping & Exchange Policy

This policy explains Sellerio's position on shipping and exchanges, for the purposes of payment-gateway and regulatory disclosure. It applies to the Sellerio Seller Toolkit’s plans and WhatsApp notifications, bought on sellerio.in, and to the Starter, Growth and Scale plans of the Sellerio web app.

No physical shipping

The Sellerio Seller Toolkit is a Chrome extension, installed from the Chrome Web Store and used with your Sellerio account on sellerio.in. The free label crop tools run in your browser on sellerio.in, and the Sellerio web app is accessed through a web browser at mysellerio.com. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or ship any physical goods to you as part of any plan, add-on, or service. Nothing purchased on Sellerio is ever shipped, and no shipping charges, carriers, or delivery timelines apply to any transaction on this site.

No exchanges

Because there is no physical product, there is no product exchange process. If you're on the wrong plan for your needs, you can change plans at any time from your account on sellerio.in (for the web app, from your Sellerio billing settings) — see the plan-change terms in our Terms & Conditions. This is a plan change, not a product exchange, and follows the rules described there rather than any exchange/return process.

How access is "delivered" instead

Once a payment is confirmed via Razorpay, your plan’s features are enabled on your Sellerio account immediately (or the plan is changed immediately for an existing account), and WhatsApp notifications you buy are added to your wallet — there's no dispatch, tracking number, or delivery window involved. If a payment succeeds but your account doesn't reflect the correct plan or notifications within a few minutes, contact us using the details below and we'll resolve it directly.
