Install the extension
Three steps, about a minute. Nothing is charged and you are not asked for a card.
Open the Toolkit page
In Google Chrome, go to sellerio.in/q/toolkit — that link opens the Toolkit's page directly.
Prefer to find it yourself? Open sellerio.in, scroll down to Free Chrome Extensions, and take the first of the three cards — Sellerio Seller Toolkit.
The Free Chrome Extensions section on sellerio.in — all three cards, with Sellerio Seller Toolkit on the left.
Full section width · light theme
It must be Google ChromeThe Toolkit installs from the Chrome Web Store. Edge, Brave and other Chromium browsers accept Web Store extensions too, but Chrome is what it is tested on.
Click Add to Chrome
Click the blue Add to Chrome button on the Toolkit card. The Chrome Web Store opens in a new tab.
Check you have landed on the right listing: Sellerio — Seller Toolkit for Amazon, Seller Flex, Flipkart & Meesho, published by sellerio.in. Then click Add to Chrome at the top right of that page.
The Chrome Web Store listing header — the extension name, the sellerio.in publisher line, the rating, and the blue Add to Chrome button.
Include the address bar so the store URL is visible
Click Add extension
Chrome asks you to confirm. Click Add extension.
The box says "Read and change your data on a number of websites". That is Chrome's own summary wording, and it is the same sentence it shows for every extension that works inside a website. Click Show Details to see the actual list.
Chrome's Add "Sellerio — Seller Toolkit…"? confirmation box, showing Show Details and the Add extension button.
Crop tight to the dialog
What that list actually containsfour seller panels — Seller Central, Seller Flex, the Flipkart Seller Hub and the Meesho Supplier Panel — plus the storage addresses your marketplaces serve label PDFs from, and Sellerio's own account server. There is no permission to read every site, and none to read your browsing history.
Why those storage addresses are neededFlipkart and Meesho hand out label PDFs from Google Cloud links, and Amazon from its own storage addresses. To crop the file you just asked for, the Toolkit has to be allowed to read it — and it only ever reads the file your marketplace has just given you.
A free Sellerio account — Sellerio's own, not your Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho seller login. It is what unlocks the Toolkit and keeps your settings the same on every computer you sign in on.
A tab opens by itself
Nothing to click. The moment the Toolkit installs, it opens its own tab: Welcome to Sellerio.
Choose Create FREE Sellerio account if this is your first Sellerio account, or Sign in to your Sellerio account if you already have one.
Already use Sellerio Autofill or Insights? You will not see this tab at allThe Toolkit finds the sign-in you already have in this browser and uses it.
Create your free account
Fastest way: click Continue with Google. Or fill in your name, email and a password and click Create account.
Mobile is optional. Nothing is charged and you are not asked for a card.
The sign-up card — Continue with Google at the top, then the name / email / password / mobile fields and the Create account button.

This is not your marketplace passwordSellerio never asks for your Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho login and never sees it. The Toolkit works inside the seller session you are already signed in to, in your own browser.
It signs you in and closes
You are signed in straight away, and the tab closes by itself. Nothing left to do.
Your settings, saved SKU sizes and saved boxes now follow this account to any computer you sign in on.
First look
The Toolkit already works. These three steps just show you where everything is.
Pin it to your toolbar
Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar, find Sellerio — Seller Toolkit, and click the pin beside it.
Every setting, the label side panel and both data pages open from this icon. Pin it now and it stays on your toolbar.
Chrome's Extensions menu open, with Sellerio — Seller Toolkit listed and the Pin tooltip showing.
Crop to the toolbar and the open menu
"No access needed" is the right answer hereChrome groups the Toolkit under No access needed on any page that is not one of the four seller panels — it genuinely has nothing to do on this site. Open Seller Central, Seller Flex, Flipkart or Meesho and it moves into the active group.
Open the toolbar menu
Click the Sellerio icon you just pinned.
Everything is already switched on. Auto-crop labels on download and Print automatically are on, labels are sorted SKU-wise, and every label gets a sequence number. You can change any of it — nothing here needs setting up before your first print.
Turn on notifications
In the popup, click Turn on beside the notifications line, then Allow when Chrome asks.
This is how you find out what a scheduled run did while you were away from the screen. Only what the Toolkit does by itself is ever shown — never a label, an order, or a customer's details.
The notification offer line in the popup, and Chrome's Allow prompt.

Your first labels
You do not learn a new button. You press the one you already press.
Download labels exactly as you always have
Select your orders and press your marketplace's own download or print button.
The Toolkit works under that button. Nothing about your routine changes.
What comes out
The file saves already cropped — and if printing is set up, it is already printing.
- Cropped to 4×6, with the invoice page removed
- The SKU and quantity printed on the front of every label
- Sorted so every label for one SKU comes off together
- Multi-item orders first, each with a large QTY block
- A sequence number in the corner of every label
One finished label, close up — SKU and quantity on the front, sequence number in the corner.

Why the number mattersif the roll runs out at label 47 of 70, read the last clean number, change the roll, and reprint from 48. Nothing is guessed and nothing is printed twice.
Amazon Easy Ship
One button does the whole pickup: the report, the file, the upload and the labels. What you supply is each SKU's size — once, ever.
Bring your SKU list in from Amazon
Press Import SKUs on the setup checklist. Amazon's Manage Products opens with a small Sellerio panel on it — press Export SKUs there.
Every SKU you sell lands in the Pickup Builder, however many pages your catalogue takes, with the product name beside each one. You type no codes at all. The rows arrive empty: the weight and the box are what you fill in next.

Crop to the panel, bottom-left of the page
Do it again whenever you add productsIt adds the new ones and refreshes the product names, and it never touches a weight, a box size or a name you typed yourself.
Prefer a spreadsheet? Download template gives you the same list as Excel or CSV with the SKU column already filled — type the weights there and import it back.
Save each SKU's size — once, ever
In the Pickup Builder, type the weight and the three box measurements into each row. There is no Save button — each box saves as you leave it.
One row per SKU: weight, length, width, height. Saved to your account and reused on every run. Already have them in a sheet? Import Excel or CSV takes any file with a SKU column and those four numbers. Starting from nothing? Download template, fill it in, import it back.
The Easy Ship — dimensions & weight page with a real SKU table filled in.
Needs an account with saved sizes · blur nothing, SKUs are fine
Nothing is saved until you say soAn import shows you what it read — how many rows, and which units it thinks the file is in — and waits for Save to my account. There is an Undo that after it, too.
Working in kilograms or inches? Change Weight in and Sizes in at the top and type in the unit you actually use.
Name a SKU in your own words
Read the Title column, then type what your team calls it into My SKU. That is what gets printed on the label instead of Amazon's code.
Amazon gives some listings a code like QG-0A83-W6EP, which tells a packer at a shelf nothing. The title column is there for exactly this moment — it says what the thing actually is, so you can name it without opening the listing. Leave My SKU blank and Amazon's own SKU prints, as before.
Keep it short — up to 30 charactersIt has to stay readable printed on a label. The gear at the end of the toolbar switches the Title and My SKU columns off if they are in your way, and any column can be dragged wider to read a long title in full.
Press Run: Schedule Orders → Print
On Seller Central, pick your day — Ship by today, Ship by tomorrow or All unshipped — and press Run: Schedule Orders → Print on the Sellerio card.
From that one press it requests the FBM Unshipped Orders report, waits for Amazon to make it ready, fills every parcel from your saved sizes, uploads the file to Schedule Pickup, and downloads the labels.

Blur buyer names and addresses
Amazon allows one orders-report request every four hoursIf you have just pulled a report by hand, the run waits for that window.
It stops rather than guess
If a SKU is not ready, the run pauses on the card and names it. Type what it asks for, then continue.
A parcel needs all four numbers — weight, length, width and height. A row with a weight and no box is not a parcel, and it stops just the same as a SKU it has never seen. So does an order for two or more of the same thing, the first time: it asks whether that goes in one bigger box, and remembers your answer for that SKU at that quantity.
This is deliberate and it is worth knowing why. Easy Ship reweighs your parcel at pickup and bills you the difference, so a guessed weight is money out of your account on every order until you notice — and a pattern of under-declaring is an account-health problem. So an order whose SKU has no saved package is blocked and named, never filled in with something plausible and never quietly dropped.
The card paused mid-run, naming the SKU it has no size for.
Stage a SKU with no saved size to produce this
There is deliberately no "default weight for unknown SKUs" settingIt would be used once and then forgotten, which is the failure mode dressed up as a convenience.
Check it, then it uploads
Before anything goes to Amazon you see every order — weight, box, count. Nothing is uploaded unseen.
Then the labels download, each cropped to 4×6 with the SKU and quantity printed on the front. If printing is set up they are already printing.
The review list — every order with its weight, box and count, before the upload.
Blur order IDs if you prefer; weights and boxes are the point
Every file you build is kept under Dispatch history on the Easy Ship page, searchable by date and exportable as CSV — with no buyer details in it.
Hold back an order you are not ready to ship
When an order is for more than five units, tick Skip This Order beside it. The rest of the batch goes ahead as normal.
An order for twenty units is not always a sale, and raising a case with Amazon to check the buyer takes days. So a skip stays: every later run leaves that order out — whether you press the button yourself or it runs on a schedule, and whichever day you have selected. It comes back only when you put it back, and the card says how many are waiting so a skip cannot quietly become a forgotten order.
The tick is per order, not per productTwo orders for the same SKU can be held back separately.
Amazon Seller Flex
Pick, pack and print from one card — with a pick list a picker can actually read, and the box for each SKU already filled in.
Press Run: Pick → Pack → Print
On Seller Flex, choose Today, Tomorrow or All days, then press Run: Pick → Pack → Print.
It activates the pick lists, works the packing page, and prints. Activate Pick Lists Only beside it does just the first step if that is all you want.

A pick list you can read
Leave Print Pick List and Large SKU Pick List on. They already are.
Amazon prints its Pick Task sheet at 8pt on a page that is three-quarters empty. Sellerio re-sets it in large type — location, FNSKU, SKU, quantity — and carries Amazon's own header and its scannable Pick Task barcode onto the same page. It is one or the other, never both: switch it off and Amazon's own sheet prints untouched.
Amazon's own 8pt sheet and Sellerio's large version, side by side on paper.
Photograph both printed — a screenshot does not show how small 8pt is
The box fills itself in
Pack as you normally would. After you have chosen the same box twice for a SKU, Sellerio asks once — say yes and it fills it in from then on.
When a run is not sure, it stops on the packing page and names the rows. Change what is wrong and press Continue — and what you did not change is taken as a yes, because you just read it and approved it.
The run paused on the packing page, naming the rows it wants you to confirm.
Stage a SKU with no learned box
Where no box has been learned but you have saved that SKU's Easy Ship size, Sellerio picks the smallest box on Seller Flex's own list the parcel fits in. That is the answer to "why did it pick that one".
See and change every box
Open the popup and click Seller Flex — boxes.
Three lists, in the order you will ask about them: Waiting for your answer, Learned from you, and Worked out from your saved sizes. Change one box, or select five hundred rows and change them together. Forget every box starts again.
The Seller Flex — boxes page with real rows in it.
Needs an account that has packed — an empty page shows nothing
A SKU and a box name is all that is kept — no order, no buyer, nothing about a customerIt lives on this computer and follows your Sellerio account, so the warehouse PC packs the same way as the shop laptop.
Labels, and the invoice you did not want
Labels print the way Amazon prints them, through QZ Tray.
Seller Flex sends an A4 invoice with every label. Sellerio holds it back — switch Print The Invoice Too on if you want it printed after all.
Flipkart Seller Hub
Accept, print and mark Ready to Dispatch — the three tiles you work every morning — from one button.
Press Run: Accept → Print → RTD
On the Seller Hub, choose Today, Tomorrow or All, then press Run: Accept → Print → RTD.
It works Flipkart's own tiles in order: To Accept is accepted, Pending to Pack is printed, Pending RTD is marked. The three steps are also there as separate buttons — Accept Orders, Print Labels, Mark RTD — if you would rather run them one at a time. Stop ends a run at any point.

It presses Flipkart's own buttons in your own signed-in sessionNothing about your account changes, and no credential of yours is shared with anyone.
The step that used to get missed
Nothing to do — but this is the one worth knowing about.
If the labels were printed and nothing marked them, those orders sit in To Pack with a live Mark RTD button and nothing tells you. You find out at handover, or from a late-dispatch metric a week later. A run now opens Pending RTD and finishes them, instead of stopping to say there was nothing to label.
Flipkart with labels printed but nothing marked — To Pack 1, Pending RTD 1, a live Mark 1 RTD.
Stage this the day before; it is the most useful shot in this guide
Safe in the direction that mattersIt only hands over to RTD when there was genuinely nothing left to print, and the orders it then marks are the ones Flipkart itself lists under Pending RTD. A print that actually fails still stops the run.
Accept new orders as they land
Switch Auto-Accept on if you want new orders accepted while the tab is open.
It is off until you turn it on, and it only runs while a Seller Hub tab is open. Auto-Refresh reloads the page every 15 minutes so new orders are seen.
Meesho Supplier Panel
Accept and download in one press — and get the stack off the printer already sorted into courier blocks.
Press Run: Accept → Download
On the Supplier Panel, choose Today, Tomorrow or All days, then press Run: Accept → Download.
Pending orders are accepted and the Ready to Ship labels downloaded and cropped. Accept Orders and Download Labels are there separately too.

Sorted by courier, not by chance
Nothing to switch on. The stack comes off the printer in courier blocks.
A Meesho pickup is per carrier: the Valmo rider takes the Valmo parcels, Delhivery comes later for theirs. A stack sorted any other way means somebody squats on the floor re-sorting while a rider waits. Every parcel for one carrier now prints together. The default order is Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, DTDC — and you can change it.
The printed stack fanned out — one carrier's block, then the next.
Needs a genuinely multi-courier batch. Check it grouped before relying on this
Print your Follow us QR
In the popup, paste your store link under Print a Meesho QR on each label. One link per line.
A "Follow us on Meesho" QR then prints on every label. It reads each label's own "If undelivered, return to:" line to work out which of your stores it belongs to, so one batch mixing several stores still gets the right QR on each. The code redirects to your store and counts the scan, so you can finally tell whether the sticker does anything.
A finished label with the QR on it — and the store-link setting in the popup.
Two shots, or one of each
With no store link saved, nothing is drawnThe switch is on by default but it has nothing to encode until you paste a link.
Resolved once per store, ever, per computerAfter that the QR keeps printing correctly with no network at all — which matters on a shop floor with bad wifi.
Crop, or keep the full page
Meesho labels arrive as the full page by default. Switch Label output to Crop label for a 4×6.
This is the one marketplace where cropping is not the default, because Meesho's own page is already close to label-shaped and many sellers print it as-is.
Print without the dialog
Optional, about five minutes, and you only ever do it once per computer.
Set up QZ Tray
In the popup, click Set up printing and follow the steps on that page.
Without this, Chrome's print preview opens with your last printer already chosen — one Enter. With it, there is no preview and nothing to click at all. A copy of every file still lands in your Downloads folder either way.
Step 2 is the one people skipGiving QZ Tray Sellerio's certificate is what stops it asking "Allow?" before every single print. Skipping it still works — you just answer that box every time.
Pick two printersone for label files — your 4×6 thermal printer, or an A4 printer if you print onto sticker sheets — and one for the Seller Flex pick list, which is A4. There is a Test print beside each so you can be sure before a real batch.
Let it run every day
The last step, and the one that changes your morning.
Set a daily time
On the Sellerio card, open ⚙, add a time in IST, and choose what should happen at it. There is no daily run until you add one.
Every card starts with no daily run at all — you choose the time and the plan, per marketplace. At that time the Toolkit runs on the open marketplace tab and sends you a notification saying what it did — and what needs you.
The Daily schedule · IST block — a time set, the plan chosen, and the "Next:" line.
Crop to the card
Two honest limitsChrome has to be running for a scheduled time to fire — a closed browser runs nothing, and a run Chrome fires hours late is skipped rather than run at the wrong time. And you must be signed in to the marketplace; the card tells you if you are not.
It stops rather than guessIf a run meets something it cannot decide — a SKU with no saved size, an order with several items — it pauses on the card and asks. It never invents a weight or a box.
If a page ever asks you to prove you are human
Nothing to do. Everything automatic on that marketplace stops until you press something yourself.
A page showing a security check, reloaded every fifteen minutes all day, is how a seller's account gets rate-limited and then blocked. So a check puts that one marketplace on hold: no refresh, no auto-accept, no scheduled run. Your own clicks always work, and pressing one clears the hold. Holds are per marketplace — a check on Meesho is no reason to stop working on Flipkart.
That is the whole setup
