If you sell on Flipkart, most of your morning goes into Seller Hub: accepting the new orders, printing the labels, cropping them for the thermal printer, marking the orders Ready to Dispatch, and then finding the pickup code when the courier arrives. A Chrome extension can take most of that off your desk, because it works right inside Seller Hub, where you already are.
Not every extension does the whole job, and none should need your password. Here is what to look for, and how the Sellerio Seller Toolkit handles each one.
1. It works in Seller Hub, with no password or API key
A good extension runs in your own Chrome, on the Seller Hub you are already signed in to. You should never have to paste an API key or share your Flipkart password with anyone.
The Sellerio Seller Toolkit adds one card to Flipkart Seller Hub and works from there. It never asks for your marketplace password, and your label files are cropped on your own computer and never uploaded anywhere.
2. Labels cropped for your printer, as they download
Flipkart's label PDF puts the courier label and the customer invoice on the same page, and Flipkart does not always use the same page size. Look for an extension that crops every variant correctly, keeps the barcode whole, and fits the label to your printer: 4×6 or 3×5 inch for a thermal printer, or two or four labels to an A4 sheet for an ordinary printer.
With the Toolkit, the file that downloads from Flipkart's own Print button is already cropped. No more uploading your label file to another website. If you only need the crop now and then, the free Flipkart label crop tool does it in your browser, with no sign-up.
3. A pick list for the whole batch
Before packing starts, a pick list tells you how many of each SKU to pull: one row per SKU, with the total quantity for the batch and a box to tick. It is the simplest way to stop a wrong or missing item.
The Toolkit can save a pick list beside the labels, and sort the labels SKU-wise so one SKU's orders come off the printer together. A sequence number on every label tells you exactly where to restart if the roll runs out.
4. Accept, print and mark Ready to Dispatch in one run
This is where most of the time goes. The extension should do the whole routine, not just one step: accept the orders waiting in To Accept, print the labels from To Pack, and mark them Ready to Dispatch. It should also respect Flipkart's dispatch-by groups, so a run for today's orders never touches tomorrow's.
On the Toolkit's card you choose Today, Tomorrow or All, and press Run. It accepts the orders, waits for Flipkart to move them to To Pack, prints the cropped labels, and marks them Ready to Dispatch. When it finishes, it says what each step did.

5. A daily time, so it runs while you are busy
On a sale day you do not want to remember to press anything. Look for a daily schedule: set a time once, and the run starts by itself at that time every day.
The Toolkit runs at the time you set, as long as the computer is on and Chrome is open, and a Chrome notification tells you what was done and whether anything needs you.
6. Every account in one press
Many sellers run more than one Flipkart account. An extension that handles one account at a time leaves you switching accounts and repeating the routine. Look for one that runs every account in one go, with one combined pick list.
7. Pickup and return codes without opening every account
When the courier arrives, they ask for the pickup OTC, and finding it for every account and warehouse takes time. The Toolkit gets the Flipkart pickup OTC for every warehouse and account you choose, and the return OTC for your returns, each ready to read out. The codes come with the 7-day free trial, and after it with the plan that includes them.
8. Labels that print by themselves
Opening a PDF and clicking through a print preview for every batch adds up. With the free QZ Tray app on your computer, the Toolkit sends each run's labels straight to your label printer, already cropped, with nothing to click. Without it, Chrome's print window opens with the labels in it.
